Features

How TimeKeep helps

More than a calendar — a shared way to plan, organise and manage life together.

  • Coordinate plans

Keep shared plans in one place and make everyday coordination simpler.

  • Manage tasks

Capture what needs doing, then choose when to make time for it.

  • Keep lists

From groceries to packing, keep the details organised.

  • Build rituals

Make room for the routines and traditions that matter.

  • Premium

    See your time

Understand your schedule and find opportunities to plan together.

Tasks and lists

Lists hold the details. Tasks get things done.

A list keeps what you need. A flexible task is something you want to get done — and when you’re ready, you choose when it becomes a plan.

Joining a calendar you’re invited to doesn’t use your own Free allowance. Plans added there count towards the calendar owner’s plan, and an invitation doesn’t unlock Premium features for you. If Premium ends, your calendars, plans and people stay and your look returns to Original — you just can’t add more beyond the Free limits.
